Write to a person.
Bug reports, feature requests, billing questions, or just telling us what's confusing — all of it goes to one inbox we actually read:
We aim to reply within two business days. Nurtli is made by a small, independent team, so the reply you get is from someone who knows the app inside out — not a script.
What to include.
You don't have to — a one-line "this is broken" is fine. But if you can, these details let us help on the first reply instead of the third:
- What happened — and what you expected to happen instead.
- Where in the app — the screen or step where it went wrong.
- Your device & iOS version — e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.4. Find it in Settings → General → About.
- The Nurtli version — shown at the bottom of Settings inside the app.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it's a visual glitch.
Please don't send photos of your skin or your journal entries unless we specifically ask — we don't need them to help, and we'd rather they stay on your device.

Data & privacy requests.
Because most of your data never leaves your phone, you can access, export and erase it yourself from the app's Settings — no request needed. For anything that involves information we might hold (essentially your email, if you have contacted us), or any formal UK/EU GDPR request, email [email protected] and we'll action it within thirty days.
The full detail lives in our privacy policy.
We can't give medical advice.
Nurtli is an educational tool, not a medical device, and support can't diagnose or advise on a skin condition. If your skin is genuinely struggling — persistent inflammation, painful breakouts, unexplained changes — please see a dermatologist. We're happy to help with anything about how the app works.
